We recruit on two criteria: competence and character. In that order, and without compromise on either.
We want engineers and technical professionals who hold themselves to a higher standard than their last employer required. We want people who are frustrated by mediocrity, energized by hard problems, and capable of operating with minimal oversight in high-stakes environments.
